Secure bicycle parking

Do you think the risk of leaving your bike unattended in a bike rack at Kortrijk station is too great? Are you commuter, but don't fancy leaving your bike unsecured in another city or municipality?

At Mobile, we offer a secure, covered cycle park , located 100 metres from the rear of the station (Bloemistenstraat 2b). You can book this car park via fietsparking.mobiel.be : a user-friendly booking platform where convenience, speed and accessibility are the top priorities. Bookings can be made even outside the shop’s opening hours, at the last minute or remotely.

How does it work?

• 24/7 access with a unique access code

• A safe shelter for your bike, 1-minute walk from your train

• Flexible subscription: from 1 day to 1 year

• Single-visit passes and season tickets for fixed days are also available

You can make a booking online, via fietsparking.mobiel.be: a kCustomer portal where you can find more information about the cycle parking facility, and where you can also take out a subscription buy, this one can manage, renew or close it. It is also possible to access codes from the cycle park.

In the shop itself, you can also apply for a cycle parking space at the booking kiosk, which is situated between the entrance and the checkout area. This is, of course, only possible during opening hours.

If, for any reason, the above formulas are not available, you can use a shop assistant contact us for assistance with, for example, purchasing or managing your subscription, or to book a parking space.

B2B: registration and allocation first

If you’d like to book your cycle parking space through your company, it’s best to register first via fietsparking.mobiel.be. Only then can the company you work for purchase a subscription for you and assign it to you. Only after that step can you start managing your subscription yourself. 

Switching for existing customers 

Do you already have a cycle parking subscription with Mobiel? Don’t worry! You’ve received an email (be sure to check your spam folder too) with all the details. Your subscription can easily be transferred to the new booking system.
