Recovery
We carry out repairs on city bikes, regardless of where you bought them. Also electric bikes with motors from Bafang, Bosch or Shimano are welcome.

Quick recovery: tyre replacement, chain or brake problems, lighting.
Usually ready while you wait! -
Normal recovery: larger repairs, completed within 2 to 3 working days.
You will be notified via SMS or e-mail. Online payment is possible. -
Longer recovery: in case of greater waiting time, we provide a replacement bike.
Home collection is possible, subject to payment of transport costs. Price on request.
We repair no road bikes, gravel bikes or mountain bikes.

Maintenance
At Mobiel, we recommend you keep your bike at least twice a year serviced. This way, you avoid major damage, stay safe on the road and avoid expensive repairs.

Renting a replacement bike
Do you have your bike repaired or serviced with us? Then you can get a replacement bike hire upon returning your own bike.
- Cost: 7 euros (regardless of the recovery period of your own bike)
- There is a choice between a city bike or a electric bike, subject to availability.
- The replacement bike will be returned when you collect your own bike. Any damage due to improper use will be charged.
Recovery course
At Mobile we not only offer quality repair and maintenance, we also provide repair courses for people who want to tinker with their bikes themselves. This course is divided into a basic and a specialisation module. Each module consists of four three-hour lessons.
